Vector Molds ("we" and "us") is the operator of (www.vectormolds.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
  • General


Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain stock on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you within 48 hours about whether you would prefer to wait for the backordered item or if you would prefer for a refund to be processed.

  • Shipping Cost


Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.


Orders through the website will give the customer multiple shipping carrier options. Custom orders are quoted UPS ground shipping, please let the sales team know if a different shipping method is preferred.


This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

Delivery Terms

Domestic shipment times vary greatly with carriers, weather conditions, etc.

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout. We are not held responsible for the delays from couriers pertaining to your package. We can however open a case with the courier regarding the delay.

  • Dispatch Time


Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment of order.


Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM GMT, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum. For large quantity orders, 2-3 business days for every 10 molds ordered is our production timeline. 

  • Change Of Delivery Address


For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please contact info@vectormolds.com and we will still try to assist you.

  • P.O. Box Shipping


Vector Molds will ship to P.O. box addresses using USPS services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

  • Military Address Shipping


We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.

  • Items Out Of Stock


If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item. We will contact the customer within 48 hours of the order being placed to let them know the status of their order.

  • Delivery Time Exceeded


Vector Molds is not responsible for quoting delivery times or estimates, these are quotes given directly from the shipping carrier. If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact the shipping carrier with the tracking info you received so that they may open an investigation. Some shipping carriers provide an estimated delivery date and not a guaranteed date, if this is the case, we have no control over when the product will arrive but you may still open a case with the courier.

Tracking Notifications


Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link to the email provided from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.  


Parcels Damaged In Transit


If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service, if possible. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

Import Duties and Taxes

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and Vector Molds encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.


If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Vector Molds at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.


Cancellations


If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.


Insurance


Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

The refund or replacement will process as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.


Route Insurance


Route is a protection policy offered at checkout that will insure the order from lost, damaged or stolen packages. Route offers fast turnaround for reorders and refunds. Please select this option at checkout to ensure your package.

We process orders in 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days of arrival in stock.
Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address.

Refunds Policy

For reasons concerning health and hygiene, we are unable to provide refunds for both our ready-made and customized molds, as all of these are created specifically upon order. Returns can solely be accommodated in cases of manufacturing defects. Should you come across any defects or have any other inquiries regarding your order, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@vectormolds.com

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@vectormolds.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are authorized, your refund will be processed and a credit will be made to your credit card or original mode of payment within a certain amount of days.

    Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. We will refund the original order if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.
