Vector Molds strives to make every customer experience an easy and pleasant process. Our policy lasts 30 days; if it has been more than 30 days since the product has been purchased Vector Molds can not offer refunds or exchanges. If for any reason an order needs to be refunded or exchanged please review our return policy below:

To be eligible for refund or an exchange, your item(s) must be in new and unused condition. The item also needs to be packaged in a manner that keeps all molds from becoming bent, dirty, misshapen or damaged.

*For faster processing please include the order number and if a refund or exchange is preferred. If an exchange is preferred please include the item you would like to exchange returned mold for.*
Once the returned mold(s) have been received, we will confirm that the product has not been damaged or used. If the refund or exchange is approved we will issue the refund or exchange immediately.
All refunds will be credited back to the account used at the time of purchase (most financial institutions will show the credit within 3-5 business days). Vector Molds will refund the value of the product returned but will not refund the value of any shipping paid.
Vector Molds is happy to replace or exchange any product that is damaged or defective, in accordance with our 1 warranty on stock products. Exchanges will be issued to the address on the original order (unless otherwise instructed). An email will be sent following the exchange with shipping information to track your order.
If a product that you ordered is the incorrect cavity size, please contact us at the email address above to discuss options for an exchange. Vector Molds also provides free sample cavities of any mold in our stock mold collections to assist in finding the correct size and shape (limit 5 designs).
Quality and durability are 2 of the goals in the Vector Molds design process. If your mold becomes damaged during production due to normal wear and tear, we are happy to replace the damaged product within 1 year of purchase. Please follow instructions in the “Returns” section. Once the mold is received we will issue the replacement immediately and email shipping information.
