Big Batch Capacity

Lay multiple straight-edge half-sheets flush together across a flat table to build a single, seamless candy pouring grid. This zero-gap layout allows you to pour large, continuous batches of mixture directly over the entire surface at once

2026 Vector PolishedFlow™

Our latest CNC machining innovation applies a mirror-smooth finish to create a completely non-porous silicone surface. Sticky pectin, active nutraceuticals, and dense gelatin slurries release instantly—maximizing your output while eliminating ingredient absorption and cleaning downtime.

How to take care of your Vector Molds

Wash Your Molds

Washing your molds makes de-molding easier and ensures no surface residue remains.

How to Wash Your Molds

You can clean your molds by hand with soap, in the dishwasher, or through steam cleaning following CDC Sterilization Guidelines (3-4 minutes at 270°F-277°F).

How to Dry Your Molds

After washing, air dry the molds or use a lint-free cloth. You can also speed up drying with a low-heat oven. Avoid paper towels to prevent lint.

When should I use a hand-pour half-sheet mold?

Hand-pour half-sheet molds are the ultimate choice if you are launching a new brand, testing new recipes, or scaling an established kitchen that relies on versatile, cost-effective manual workflows. They allow you to scale all the way from a small kitchen startup to a massive, high-yield production line using only basic kitchen tools like a stove, a pouring pot, and a wide scraping blade.

FAQs

What are the exact physical dimensions of your half-sheet molds, and will they fit standard kitchen trays?

Yes, they are engineered specifically for commercial food-service standards. Our half-sheets measure approximately 12" x 16", meaning exactly two molds sit perfectly side-by-side on a standard18" x 26" commercial sheet pan (bun pan). This allows you to slide your filled molds straight into standard rolling speed racks for cooling without any overlapping edges.

How wide of a scraping blade should our kitchen use for the flood & scrape method?

We recommend using a 12-inch to 14-inch stainless steel dough scraper or drywall taping knife. Because our straight-edge mold perimeters lock flush together, a wide blade allows your operator to clear multiple rows of cavities in a single, smooth stroke, maximizing consistency and speed.

Won't the silicone warp or bow out in the middle when we press down hard with a heavy metal scraper?

No. That is the magic behind our phrase:"rigid enough to pour, flexible enough to remold."We engineer these sheets with thickened interior structural ribbing between the cavity rows. This absorbs the downward mechanical pressure of the scraping blade, ensuring the mold walls remain perfectly upright so your candies don't deform or vary in weight.

Can we use these same half-sheets if we decide to buy a manual tabletop hopper or hand-dispenser later?

Absolutely. While they are optimized for the speed of flooding and scraping, the pristine cavity alignments make them perfectly compatible with manual multi-nozzle hand funnels, syringes, or tabletop depositor hoppers if you decide to shift your production style down the road.
